Poker Shortcuts: Deal Me Tab

Note to previous users of FT Shortcuts: Deal Me Mode now works differently from the way it worked in FT Shortcuts. Please read the following page to learn about the changes.
Deal Me Mode requires that your tables to be visible to detect the buttons and checkboxes on the tables. All of the features of Deal Me Mode will work with tiled tables. Some features of Deal Me Mode will not work with cascaded or stacked tables. Changing the state of Deal Me Mode (to In, Out, or Off) may not work on the tables that are buried, because the software can not see the state of the checkboxes to be able to change the state of these checkboxes. Once you have the state of Deal Me Mode set, the tables will pop to the top of the stack (if enabled on the Table 1 tab), and the software will be able to see the buttons, and consequently can click on the PostBlinds and WaitForBigBlind buttons as needed.
On Poker Stars "Fast" tables the software will NOT post your small blind in "Deal Me Out" mode. It will sit you out instead. If you happen to change to "Deal Me Out' mode when you are currently in the big blind, the software is not able to recognize this and it will sit you out on the next hand when you would be in the small blind. This only occurs on "Fast" tables on Poker Stars.
Trouble Shooting Tips for Deal Me Mode are here.
'Deal Me' mode helps automate your play at cash games, particularly if you multi-table. Each table that you are seated at will (always) be in one of three modes:
- Deal Me "In" mode: In this mode the software will post your blind for your automatically when the big blind comes around to you.
- Deal Me "Out" mode: In this mode the software will sit you out when the big blind comes around to you.
- Deal Me "Off" mode: In this mode the software will not do anything when you are in the big or small blind.
When you want to sit out, change the mode to "Deal Me Out". This mode will sit you out when the big blind comes to you. When you want to sit in, change the mode to "Deal Me In". This mode will wait for the big blind to come to you and then post your blinds for you. You can change from one mode to another by pressing a special key/mouse button (1-3 times).
Quick Setup:
- Check the three checkboxes that are highlighted in "blue" on the Deal Me tab.
- On the Dialogs tab, check the checkbox "Close "Auto-Post Blinds" Dialog box.
- Sit down at a ring game table. The software will set the Deal Me mode to "In".
- When the big blind gets around to you, the software will post your blind.
- When you want to sit out on a table, put your mouse over that table and press Alt-t (or whatever key you have defined) TWICE quickly (holding down the alt key and pressing t twice).
- When you want to sit back in, put your mouse over the table and press Alt-t (or whatever key you have defined) ONCE.
NOTE: Deal Me Mode does not work with stacked or cascaded tables. In order for Deal Me Mode to work reliably, your tables need to be visible so the software can "see" the status of various buttons and checkboxes.
NOTE: On Poker Stars "Fast" tables the software will NOT post your small blind in "Deal Me Out" mode. It will sit you out instead. If you happen to change to "Deal Me Out' mode when you are currently in the big blind, the software is not able to recognize this and it will sit you out on the next hand when you would be in the small blind. This only occurs on "Fast" tables on Poker Stars.
