FTS SnG B Tab

Open Sng B Tab

The SnG B tab allows continuously and automatically open new Sit-n-Go tables for a specified time period. If you like to play five SnGs at a time, you can set this tab to initially open 5 SnGs, and when one table closes it will open another SnG for you automatically. You can set a timer for how long you would like the program to continue to open new tables.

Set up the Full Tilt Lobby such that the SnGs that you desire to open are showing up in the Lobby window. Using Full Tilt's "Custom" feature makes it easy to limit the number of SnGs that are displayed.

Select how many SnGs to Open:

In this dropdown box select the quantity of SnGs you would like to have opened for you (and kept open). Set this value to 0 to disable this tab, and no tables will be automatically be opened. Normally Full Tilt does not allow your to register for more than 12 tables. I have heard that if you ask Full Tilt, they will increase this number to 16 for you. I personally have not confirmed this.

Stop Opening SnGs after XXX have been opened:

Check this checkbox if you would like the software to stop opening more tables after the number in the box has been opened. If you would like to play 50 SnGs total, and play 5 of them at a time, then check this checkbox, set the box to 50, and set the "Select how many SnGs to keep Open" to 5. The software will keep opening SnGs, five at a time, until 50 have been opened. The software count any SnG tables that are already open when you start in the Total Opened this Session.

Select which SnG to Open:

On the SnG A tab are definitions for nine different SnGs. In these dropdown boxes select which of the nine SnGs you would like to continuously play. The software will try to open the first type, then the second, and so on. Set the selection to 0 if you are not using it. Having three selections allows you to automatically open up to three different types of SnGs.

Your session time:

In this box place the number of minutes that you would like the program to continue to open SnGs for you. For example, if you place 60 in this box, then for the next 60 minutes the program will continue to open SnGs for you until it reaches the maximum desired number (described above). If a table closes, then a new table will automatically be opened. So if you want to play SnG turbos for about 90 minutes, set this number to 60 minutes. After 60 minutes the program will stop opening new tables and you can continue to play the tables that remain. The timer starts counting as soon as you enable the "Open Sit-n-Goes Continuously" checkbox.

Safety Timer:

This is a safety feature that will stop opening SnG tables if the program detects that there has not been any mouse or keyboard activity for the number of minutes set in this dropdown box. For example, if some emergency takes you away from your computer and you decide to just ignore the tables you have open, this feature will stop opening new SnG tables after this number of minutes. You can disable this safety timer (not recommended) by setting the value to 0. You may need to disable this timer if you are only using a Joystick to control your tables, and your computer does not register the Joystick as user activity.

Open Sit-n-Goes Continuously:

This is the key checkbox that activates the software to start opening SnGs. Check this checkbox to start opening SnGs. Uncheck it to have the program stop opening new tables. This is the main on/off control for this tab. Be sure to set up all of the other options before enabling this checkbox. If you change "Your Session Time" above when this is enabled, then turn this option off and back on to register the change.

Note: You may find it helpful to check two checkboxes on the Dialogs tab:
1. Close "You Finished the Tournament" Dialog Box and
2. Also Check the "Close Completed Tournament" checkbox
If you check these checkboxes, then Shortcuts will automatically close tables after you are finished with them. It now longer matters if your tables are cascaded or tiled.

Key to Toggle above Option On/Off:

Set a key or mouse code in here to toggle the state of the above control. This give you easy access to turning the auto-opener on and off.

Use more conservative method of counting tables

Leaving this unchecked is the normal (default) mode.

Sometimes Full Tilt opens a table without a title bar (which is a bug in their software). Checking this feature will allow this type of table to be counted, otherwise it is possible the table won't be counted and more SnG tables will be opened than you desired. If checked, all FT tables will be counted as SnG tables (including Ring and tournament tables), but if you are only playing SnGs, then this doesn't matter.

If you only play SnGs when you use the features on the SnG B tab, then I recommend checking this box. If you also play tournaments and ring games at the same time, then uncheck this box. If you find that Shortcuts is opening too many tables for you, then it is better to leave this box checked.

Use slower (less interfering) method to open SnGs.

Leaving this unchecked is the normal (default) mode.

If you check this box, then the task of opening SnGs is given a lower priority than other Shortcuts' tasks. Check this box if you notice delays in doing other normal functions on a table when SnG tables are being opened using the SnG B features. This will slightly slow down the process of opening SnG tables. You may have to reduce the "Min # of Registered Players" option on the SnG A tab if you find that your tables are filling up too quickly, and Shortcuts is not able to open the SnG before the table fills up.

Try to open a SnG every XX seconds :

This setting determines how often the software will try to open a new SnG for you. If you set is very small, then it will continually pop up SnG lobbies trying to register for it. If you set it too large, the software may not check often enough and a table may fill up before it is checked again. I recommend a setting of 3-15 seconds, but you can easily adjust it to your own preference.

Status Information:

A display shows how many tables you have open and how many are pending (about to open after the table fills up). Additionally, information is also given about tables that the software considered opening, but they either had too few players at them or they had too many sharks at them.

SnG B Notes:
See the options at the bottom of the SnG A tab to help with this automatic process. For example you may want to check the options to Auto click buy in, Auto click I'm Ready, and Close SnG tables when finished.

You may want to check the "Auto Click Buy In Button" checkbox on the SnG A tab AFTER you are sure that you have all the settings correct and the SnG Lobbies that you desire are being opened.

You may want to check the "Auto-Close And and Tournament Lobbies" checkbox on the Misc tab.

You may want to check the "Auto-Close SnG and Tournament Tables if Hero is not seated" on the Misc tab.

Warning: This feature can open many SnG tables in a short period of time (and commit your $$). Try it out on low stakes or play money tables first.
Warning: Be sure this feature is turned off when you are done playing !!!
