FTS Inc/Dec Bet Tab
Note: When using on screen displays (Display tab), be sure that your mouse is not over one of these displays when making a Fixed Bet, Street Bet, or Inc/Dec bet. Your mouse should be positioned over the the table when using any action key.
By using the mouse wheel, a mouse button or a keyboard key selection, you will be able to easily adjust your bet size up or down. For example, if you enter these selections
Increase Bet: WheelUp
Decrease Bet:
WheelDown
Inc/Dec Amount: 1
Units: SB
then your bet size will be incremented or decremented by 1 small blind amount for each rotational notch of the mouse wheel. If you set the Small Blind Multiplier to 10, the bet size will be changed by 10 x SB every time the mouse wheel is rotated a notch.
You can enable up to four different bet amount settings with different key and/or mouse button selections and different amounts to give you a lot of flexibility in setting your bet amount. The units can be Big Blinds, Small Blinds, Dollars, or % of Pot Size increments. If you use an amount of 10 and Units of %Pot, then the bet amount will be incremented or decremented in one-tenth Pot Size increments (or if you are raising, it will be in 10% pot size raise increments).
If you select F7 and F8 (in the Increase and Decrease boxes, respectively), then pressing F7 will increase the bet size and F8 will decrease the bet amount. If the XButton1 button on the mouse is assigned to increase the bet, then whenever XButton1 is pressed on the mouse the bet will be increased. If mouse buttons are assigned to "send" the F7 and F8 keystrokes when these mouse buttons are clicked (use the factory mouse software, see the Mice section above), then you can use mouse buttons to change the bet size. There are many other key options as well, such as using ALT & UP arrow and ALT & DOWN to make bet size changes.
There is no error checking on the values place in these edit boxes.
Round all bet sizes to be a multiple of XXX times the Small Blind
This value will round your bets to be some multiple of the Small Blind (set to 0 to disable). This is useful if you want your bets to be rounded to whole values. Many users like a value of 1, so that every bet will be evenly divisible by the small blind amount and you will get "normal" looking bet amounts.
If you would like larger rounding increments, then try 2, which will round your bets to be an even multiple of the big blind amount.
Some users like to confuse their opponents with very unusual bet sizes. By setting this value to 0, the software will not round your bet size.
