Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
New version available: 4.0031 (see the version page for complete list of changes). This version fixes a few bugs including a problem where Shortcuts was stealing focus from other programs.
I have updated the buglist listing all known problems. If you know of another problem that is not on the buglist, please email me with a description, and if possible, include a screen image like this one.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
New version available: 4.0029 (see the version page for changes).
I have updated the buglist listing all known problems. If you know of another problem that is not on the buglist, please email me with a description, and if possible, include a screen image like this one.
In this version, I added a new feature to easily open the SnG that is currently highlighted in the main lobby (opens and registers for that SnG with one hotkey keystroke). Check out the SnG T tab and related documentation for details.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
New version available: 4.0027
This version improves issues dealing with clicking buttons. It also improves some of the betting issues (e.g. bets going in the chat box instead of the betting box).
Last week Full Tilt did another significant update that affected the checkboxes on the tables. I can't understand why they would do this, but now checkboxes are in different positions depending on whether the table is a final sng/tourney table, non-final sng/tourney table, rebuy tourney table, or ring game. Shortcuts is now updated to these recent changes. This fixes a problem where SnG tables were being closed prematurely and the OSD3/4 displays were not staying displayed on the tables.
I've updated the buglist and limitations with the bugs that I've been able to duplicate. If you know of a bug that is not on the list, send me details including an image like this one.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
The recent update from Full Tilt (the one that changed the lobby significantly) also made some more changes to the tables. This has caused additional features in Poker Shortcuts to stop working. I don't know all the items that were affected, but I'll be updating the bug list as these things are determined.

Update on Full Tilt Table Opener:
Sorry, I don't have any encouraging news on FTTO. The recent software upgrade that Full Tilt made to their software prevents FTTO from working. It appears that FTTO will require major changes to get it working again, if it is even possible. It will be at least a few more weeks before I will be able to look at FTTO to assess the full extent of the problem. My focus has been to get Poker Shortcuts working because there are so many more users of it, compared to the very small market for FTTO. I will update here as soon as I know more.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
New version was released today - Version 4.0025. I worked on improving the reliability of clicking the Time button of Full Tilt "tiled" tables. Let me know if this helps. (It will not help with stacked/cascaded tables).

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
New version was released today - Version 4.0024. See the Versions page for changes in this version.
The betting box is very difficult to deal with on these new FT tables. I fixed the All In bet problem, but I haven't made progress on other betting issues yet.
This new version has not had much testing... I'm putting links to the two most recent versions of the software on the download page, should you need to revert to a previous version. If you do need to revert to older version, you must uninstall the newer version first (run Setup.exe in the PokerShortcuts folder). You don't need to uninstall anything if you are installing newer versions.
I'm off for the weekend for some R&R. Hope you all have a good weekend!

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
I've been working on the betting related bugs, and progress is slower than I had hoped. The new FT software has limited the way that external software (like Shortcuts) can interface with the betting box.
I don't have a good estimate on when the next version will be available. I am hoping to make it available in the next few days.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
New version 4.0023 is available for download. The problems fixed are listed here. I'm hoping that this version solves the problem with buttons not being pushed reliably.
My next major focus is to get the betting box to work better, and to solve some of the bet size problems.
Having OSD1 enabled (on the Displays tab) seems to cause a few problems... a strange interaction with the Chat window/box and problems with the betting box.
I need to update the Bug List page with the new items that you have emailed me and posted on the forum. I'll try to get it updated today (Saturday), so that we'll have a current bug list to work off of.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
Made some progress today. Main change is improving the reliability of clicking buttons. Also worked on auto clicking the Time button, which now appears to be working at all table sizes, but only on tiled tables (but I've only done a limited amount of testing). Also fixed a problem where some users were seeing an error message during the table calibration process.
I'm going to release a new version late tonight (Friday).

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
Frustrating day on Thursday! I spent some time talking with some other programmers about a new approach (thanks m..r..) that might make it much easier to work with the new FT client software. I then wrote and tested some new code that looked promising at first, but it now looks like FT blocked this route too. FT changes the names of various software parameters on their tables as the tables are created (in real time). Perhaps this is to make it difficult for people to write "bot" software (which is a good thing to prevent), but it certainly makes it more difficult to write code for utility software like Shortcuts.
Sorry, no update tonight (Thursday) as I had hoped. I'll go back to the original method in the morning, and will finish this next revision using this method. I'll give you a new ETA on the next revision as soon as I can be somewhat accurate.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
Still working on bug fixes here... It is going slower than I hoped but I will still try to get a new version out today (Thursday) (probably very late night).
I just updated the Bug List page after reading though pages 40-50 of the forum posts. Thank you to everyone that has been testing and reporting problems that you find. If you know of a solution to one of the problems that I have listed, let me know. Sometimes it is a configuration issue. I know that some of them are table size related, and if you change to another table size the problem is often solved.
I probably missed some bugs that were listed. If you think that I did, try changing the table size, and see if the problem changes. Let me know the table size, table theme, poker site and any other settings that are related. If possible, post or send me an image like this one that shows all the details in one step.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
Thanks for all of your encouraging and supportive emails and forum posts! I took Monday off, and feel rested again.
I've read the forum posts and emails that contained bug reports and new feature requests. I'll be updating the bug list and limitations page with the new additions in the next 24 hours.
I'm currently working on the primary bugs. I am also working on adding back in some of the features that are not working. I plan to have a new version late Wednesday or Thursday night (west coast US time).
I don't have enough time to answer the posts in the forums, but I do read them all. If you need an answer from me, you can email me at the support address on our "Contact us" page.
If you have a few free minutes, you can help me out by answering questions from other users in the 2+2 forums. Thanks!

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
The first version (version 4.0022) of Poker Shortcuts, which has some support for the new Full Tilt software, is available for download here.
This version of Poker Shortcuts has gone through major modifications in the last few days in order to make it work with the new Full Tilt software. It has only been tested by one person, and is likely to have some bugs in it. Do not use this software if you are bug intolerant!
USE WITH CAUTION!
VERIFY THE VALUE IN THE BETTING BOX BEFORE PRESSING BET/RAISE!
If you have any problems:
Check the Configurations steps required.
See the current Bug List
See the current Limitations list
See the Trouble Shooting Guide
I will update the above lists as new bugs and limitations are discovered.
I am sleeping late tomorrow ;)

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
Late today, I plan to release a beta test version of Poker Shortcuts that has some functionality with the new Full Tilt software. Most hotkeys and displays are working. See the Limitations page and Bug List page for some items that are not working.
If you are a registered FT Shortcuts user, you can obtain a "free" software order code to unlock the beta version of Poker Shortcuts by going to the order form page. FT Shortcuts is now discontinued and is replaced by Poker Shortcuts.
Thanks for your patience!

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with the new Full Tilt software:
I again made good progress on Friday. I added support the Racetrack table theme (previously I just focused on the Classic table theme). I am still hopeful of having a limited functionality version of Poker Shortcuts available late Sunday evening. It will obviously be a Beta test version, and will not have had much testing done with it (i.e. there are likely to be some bugs/problems, so use with care!)

I made a lot of progress on Thursday with getting Poker Shortcuts to work with the new Full Tilt Software. I am still hoping to have a first release of Poker Shortcuts that has some support for FT this weekend.

Update on Poker Shortcuts working with Full Tilt software:
The version that Full Tilt just released is very different from even their most recent beta version. This means that some of the work I had done to make Poker Shortcuts work with their new software has to be re-written (again).
As you may know, FT has gone to an entirely graphical table and lobby. This means that no information from the lobby and table is available by normal reading and writing of software "controls". And what this means is that we are going to lose some functionality in Poker Shortcuts. I'm hoping that it isn't too much, but it's just too early to know yet until we get further along.
Ok, there is some good news. I plan to work through the weekend to see if I can get something working quickly for you. At a minimum, I hope to have some hotkeys and displays working. I'm shooting to release a new version of Poker Shortcuts on Sunday, but this is a big job, so no promises. I'll keep you updated.
If you have a question that you need me to answer, please send me an email at our support email address (see our contact web page for the address). As you can guess, I have my hands full with writing code, so if you can hold off for a few days, that will help me out.
I know this is frustrating for all of us.

Full Tilt Poker just made a major upgrade to their software, which prevents our software from working correctly. We are currently working to make Poker Shortcuts compatible with the new version. While this work is in progress we will not be selling our software.

Our newest product "Poker Shortcuts" is now available for beta test. This program was rewritten from scratch to provide support for Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker.
